The company whose office was located here on 48 Nguyễn Đình Chiểu was Brossard & Mopin (l’entreprise Brossard et Mopin). They were responsible for building the new central market in 1914. We know it today as Ben Thanh Market. They also built many notable buildings & projects around Indochina, China & Singapore.
The building is now home to the Vietnam Sport Newspaper.
